Mallorca has numerous remains from times gone by. One of the areas with the oldest remains, dating from around the 7th century BC, is the Son Real necropolis. Located in Santa Margalida, it has tombs from Punta Fenicis, the necropolis of Illot des Ports, a dolmen, several artificial caves by the sea and some unexcavated areas. The necropolis is the focus of this circular route.
